Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cv6999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at cv6999.app and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, and any other interactive features provided through the platform.

By accessing cv6999.app, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the cv6999 platform.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings between you and cv6999 relating to the subject matter herein. Any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or payment methods are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the cv6999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cv6999 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, place bets, or access any real-money gaming feature on the platform.
• You are using the platform for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cv6999 or any affiliated platform. If a prior self-exclusion is in place, you must contact our support team before attempting to re-register.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of cv6999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not acting as an agent, partner, or representative of any competitor betting or casino platform.

cv6999 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

cv6999 is committed to preventing underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, investigate the matter, and report to relevant authorities if appropriate. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned less any applicable transaction processing fees, and any winnings will be forfeited.

Account Registration & KYC

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. cv6999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. cv6999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. We may also conduct periodic re-verification of existing accounts. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued access to cv6999 services.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cv6999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the cv6999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via supported mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your cv6999 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours of approval for verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer, up to two business days.
• cv6999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Such checks may extend the processing time but are conducted to protect the security of player funds.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the Bonuses & Promotions section of these Terms.
• cv6999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cv6999 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made by the registered account holder only. Third-party payments — where a deposit is made from a payment method not belonging to the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected may result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation.

In the event that a transaction error occurs (whether resulting in funds being credited to or debited from an account in error), cv6999 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly, without prior notice. If funds credited in error have already been wagered, cv6999 will recover the original erroneous amount from any resulting balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

cv6999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms below and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus terms apply to all cv6999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses and associated winnings not meeting this deadline will be voided.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. cv6999 reserves the right to revoke bonuses where duplicate account creation or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other bonuses unless a specific multi-offer promotion is stated as applicable.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion expire 7 days after the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Free spin winnings are subject to a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• cv6999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited to active player accounts.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the cv6999 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action where warranted:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the cv6999 platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity, or to conduct any transaction that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing. cv6999 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence units and law enforcement agencies.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or multi-player tournaments.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any third-party software to interact with the cv6999 platform in place of a human player.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software errors, glitches, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction applied by cv6999.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal against any deposit made to cv6999 without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue through legitimate channels.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing or facilitating access by any underage individual.

cv6999 employs sophisticated monitoring systems and data analytics to detect prohibited conduct. All activity on the platform is logged and may be reviewed by our compliance and security teams. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to the full range of enforcement actions available to cv6999, including permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

cv6999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, cv6999 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account where such retention is permitted by applicable law and where the balance is reasonably attributable to prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure by the player or closure due to regulatory change), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv6999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the cv6999 platform, even if cv6999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cv6999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

In no event shall cv6999's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player to the platform in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

cv6999 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services, payment processors, or game providers integrated into the platform. Any disputes relating to game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider. Disputes relating to payment processing should be directed to the relevant payment service provider in the first instance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles generally recognised in international online gaming practice. Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players in Bangladesh agree that any such dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
